Our Expertise in 3 & 4 Season Sunrooms

Custom Sunrooms for Every Lifestyle
Both 3- and 4-season sunrooms can be built using a wide range of high-end materials to match—or even exceed—the quality and standards of the existing home. Careful attention to proportions, finishes, rooflines, and details allows the sunroom to be adapted to the home so it looks less like an addition and more like a space that was always meant to be there. Depending on the design intent, the room can lean toward an outdoorsy feel with lighter materials and open elements, act as a true transition space, or be fully integrated as an extension of an indoor living room, kitchen, or dining area.
A Sunroom That Brings the Outdoors In
Three- and four-season sunrooms create bright, inviting spaces that bring the outdoors in while maintaining comfort and functionality. Designed to allow abundant natural light, these rooms feature expansive glass areas and operable windows that can be opened to fresh air when weather allows. They can feel open and breezy like an outdoor retreat or serve as a comfortable buffer between indoor and outdoor living, offering flexibility throughout much of the year. Whether used for relaxing, entertaining, or everyday living, sunrooms add usable square footage while strengthening the connection to the surrounding environment.

Custom Sunrooms for Every Lifestyle

Our 3-season sunrooms are made by SummerSpace, a system custom fitted to your existing or newly designed architecture. The powder-coated aluminum frame is available in a wider variety of colors than the competition, allowing for seamless integration with the home’s exterior or a bold design statement. SummerSpace sunrooms are engineered for flexibility and can easily be converted to an open screened porch during the warmer months, offering the best of both enclosed comfort and open-air enjoyment as the seasons change.
Our 4-season sunrooms are built using Marvin Essentials fiberglass windows, widely regarded as some of the best windows money can buy. Fiberglass construction allows for slimmer frames and more glass, increasing viewable space by 15% or more compared to most vinyl windows. Casement-style windows can be opened on both sides, providing up to twice the airflow of sunrooms built with sliding or double-hung windows. During inclement weather, the space can be closed up and conditioned with a dedicated mini-split HVAC system, keeping the room comfortable while preserving the benefits of natural light and outdoor views.
Design options include floor-to-ceiling glass or half walls for added privacy, clear Low-E glass for maximum efficiency and views, or tinted glass for privacy and style. Remote-controlled shades, fireplaces, stained wood ceilings, and a wide variety of finish options allow the sunroom to either blend seamlessly into the home or stand out as its own distinctive space—enhancing everyday living and elevating overall lifestyle.
